// HOW_I_WORK

From Problem to Production

I don't sell software. I solve operational problems. Here's how I do it — five steps, honest timelines, and no surprises.

1

Discovery Workshop

1–2 sessions

I sit down with your team to understand the operational problem, constraints, existing systems, and success criteria. No jargon, no sales pitch — just a structured conversation about what is actually broken and what a good outcome looks like.

Deliverables

Problem statement Success criteria Scope boundaries Integration inventory
2

Rapid Prototype

~30 days (target)

We build a working prototype that demonstrates the core value of the solution using realistic simulated data. This is not a slide deck or a mockup — it is a functional system you can interact with and evaluate. The 30-day target applies to appropriately scoped projects; complex integrations may require more time.

Deliverables

Interactive demo Simulated data scenarios Architecture overview Honest feasibility assessment
3

Pilot

4–8 weeks

I deploy the prototype with real data in a controlled environment — one site, one team, one workflow. I measure what works, what does not, and what needs to change before committing to a full build.

Deliverables

Live deployment Performance metrics User feedback Pilot report
4

Production Build

8–16 weeks

I harden the pilot into a production system: real integrations, proper security, user management, monitoring, and documentation. Built to run in your environment, on your terms.

Deliverables

Production system Documentation Operator training Handoff plan
5

Support & Continuous Improvement

Ongoing

I stay engaged after launch — monitoring performance, fixing issues, and iterating on features based on real operational feedback. Technology is never done; I make sure it keeps getting better.

Deliverables

Monitoring dashboards Regular check-ins Feature roadmap Issue response

⚠ ABOUT THE 30-DAY PROTOTYPE

The 30-day prototype is a target for appropriately scoped projects — not a guarantee. During the Discovery Workshop, I assess whether your problem fits the 30-day window. Complex integrations, custom hardware, or extensive data migration may require more time. I will always tell you honestly if the 30-day target is not realistic for your scope.
